Root and Release: All-Levels Yoga Workshop on Self-Love
This class offers time and space to care for your body with attention and ease. The practice flows through a full body stretch, grounding poses, and expansive hip openers that release tension and invite openness and self love. Breath moves with the body, supporting steadiness and presence, while a guided meditation allows you to rest, integrate, and connect inwardly. You will leave feeling nourished, settled, and supported, carrying a sense of presence with you beyond the mat. All levels are welcome.

All-Level Hoop Dance
